How I work

  1. 01I do the work by hand first. After the fiftieth time, it's clear which part a machine should take.
  2. 02Machines get the repetition. The decisions stay with people.
  3. 03Good tools are quiet. If you have to think about them, they're not done yet.

Background

I studied business, then spent a few years in content moderation, quality assurance and support. Each of those jobs had a repetitive core, and I kept writing tools for it. That habit came with me into e-commerce. Outside work I train and make music, and a couple of these projects started there.
